“Comfortable clean room close to where we wanted to be”

Close to downtown. The hall had an odd smell.

“Very disappointing, will not be returning to this hotel.”

The location was good and the bar area was nice. Nothing else to add. There was no room service at all. I saw other rooms being serviced, but ours never got anything. I had to walk down and ask staff for clean towels; they had no problem giving us clean ones, but they made me walk back up to hand them the dirty ones, then handed me the fresh towels to take back to the room. No explanation was ever given for why our room wasn’t serviced. The price was fair if there had been breakfast or even a snack area, but it was very pricey for the bare minimum.

“Great people, good time, overpriced hotels”

Location. We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, but when we opened our hotel room we saw multiple stains on the floor, making it look like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Considering how much we paid, we would have expected breakfast to be included in the mornings.

The hotel was close to everything I wanted to enjoy on the island. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly; it felt like I was being judged every time I came or left the hotel. They would look at me and roll their eyes.

“Easy access! Walked everywhere!”

Big rooms and a great location, nothing else to note.
