This place has everything going for it - the property is great, the staff are really friendly, the food is good, and the natural surroundings are lovely. My only gripe is that it gets pretty chilly in the winter, and there's no room heater to be found - a bit of a drawback in the colder months. Still, overall it's a great spot.

The hotel rooms are really nice, but that's about where the positives end. We didn't get dinner, and when we ordered food, they somehow managed to forget our order - 31st night was a disaster, with terrible service all around. Not exactly the best way to end the year.

We had a nightmare at this place - the room and toilet were cleaned for us when we arrived, but that was about it. The reception lady seemed pretty indifferent when we pointed out the dirty state of the bathroom and the fact that there was no running water - I had to use the bathroom in another room for basic needs.
