They’re irresponsible; when I arrived the hotel had already sold my rooms again, and after they offered more money they left me without them. They’re terrible at this place, I don’t recommend them – they give you a very bad impression. They’re shameless for selling your rooms and making excuses.

The bathroom is awkward because you have to pass over the toilet to shower, and since it’s near the terminal (I guess that’s why) there’s a lot of car noise.

A hotel that meets its purpose. Luckily there were rooms available; they hadn’t reserved them for me, but they should pay more attention to that.

The location is great for the bus terminal, and I only stayed overnight in San Miguel, so this was perfect. There was a big party on the streets that ended at 1 p.m., but you could still feel and hear it in the room; I know you can’t do anything about it. The mattress was too firm for me.

The place is great for catching a bus, and there’s a nice bar next door. The staff are very friendly. It’s a very basic accommodation near the downtown bus station, but nothing extraordinary.
