The location was top, with a beautiful view over the city. It felt a little dated.

The location is fantastic, ideal for visiting. The hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. It needs a major renovation. The carpet (which is also stained) is not visible, but it’s not hygienic. There are no Italian or French TV channels. The gentleman at reception who assisted me spoke only English. In a 4‑star hotel you expect multilingual staff.

Everything was perfect: the breakfast was wonderful, the service was excellent (including the Brazilian staff), the room was very comfortable, the bed, shower, and room size were great. I would definitely come back!
