Both locations and breakfast are top notch. The elevator was broken and I was on the third floor, and the pool was not available.

“Overall not a horrible stay but a few things definitely needing some improvement”

The staff were friendly, but the pool that the hotel advertises was closed during both of our stays, a full year apart, which was a major let‑down since many guests book for that reason. We also found bugs in our room; a bug spray would have been a better welcome. The vending machines had been removed yet the signs remained, so guests were directed to the small front‑desk shop that didn’t offer many snack options.

“I was disappointed and felt the value was not worth what we paid”

The staff were very friendly, but the hotel looked run‑down and not very clean. We paid extra for the pool, yet we couldn’t use it.
