Everything was perfect – good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff – but the pool closed so early, which was a let‑down.

I loved the comfy bed, free parking, pool, easy room layout, great location, and the basic breakfast that came with the stay, but there was no shampoo or conditioner, the door cards were very temperamental, and some items in the room, like the remote control, needed cleaning.

The location is good, right at the start of the route and close to a great shopping center. The room was dirty, smelled damp, the beds were awful, and the furniture was old.

“The rooms are beautiful. All other services were poor. No house keeping, poor customer service.”

The king rooms looked nice, but the other double bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t get a refund for one day. For two days the garbage stayed in the rooms, no clean towels were given, no soap, and the bed linen wasn’t changed during my stay. The TV broke while we were out and didn’t work when we came back. The staff were rude, except for one of the three front‑desk reps. The food was very limited and the same every day.
