“Buona posizione”

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. Breakfast is fairly complete. Just a few steps from the city center. In my room the bathroom emitted a strong sewage odor—unbearable. The description said “private parking” but they made me park my motorcycle on the sidewalk near the entrance. No problem for me as I’m used to it and the city seemed safe, but they should be clearer.

“Geen ster waard!”

At first glance the lobby looked acceptable, but the rooms were dirty and a stale smell lingered inside. The bathroom lacked a curtain or shower enclosure, with black mould and filthy grout visible. A dead cockroach lay in the hallway for two days, and one of the rooms even had live cockroaches. I have stayed in many hotels, cheap and expensive, yet the breakfast here was the worst: no coffee, only tea and water, an unfriendly staff member, a single cheap meat topping, no butter on the first day and only two sour little butter dishes on the second.

A decent spot with everything I needed right in the centre of Erzurum, but breakfast was served on the top floor, so the early‑morning noise and the clatter of chairs on the fourth floor woke us up too soon.

“Clean, neat, and good value for money.”

The hotel was good and clean for its price, with rooms that were tidy, well‑maintained, and matched the photos on Booking. The staff were polite and everything worked out fine for a one‑night stay in Erzurum, offering good value for money. There was nothing specific to complain about; it met our expectations for the price.
