The downtown spot was handy, and the staff were super friendly. However, the restaurant and hotel run as separate financial entities, so it gets confusing when trying to credit prepaid meals from the hotel to the restaurant—you have to pay full price first and then get a credit back.

“A beautiful hotel, very well done, and my stay was very enjoyable for what was offered.”

We were planning a bend trip to Smith Rock, so we chose this hotel because it’s only about 20‑25 minutes away. The aesthetic is on point from the moment you walk in, with three bars/restaurants in the same building and a cute rooftop. I wish some of the bars opened a bit earlier and stayed open later; they do offer 24‑hour hot coffee, which is actually good. The building is beautiful but old, so the floors squeak and you can hear footsteps or louder noises from above; they provide ear plugs, but I didn’t mind. Overall, I enjoyed the cute hotel, the town’s charm for strolling, and the good restaurants so far. If I ever return to Redmond, I’d definitely consider staying here again. I just wish the bars opened a bit earlier and stayed open later, and maybe they could offer an actual fan in the room.

“Very Disappointing.”

Staff and Location. Bathroom was terrible. sink was soooo small. 2. Noise at night. No sound proofing

This hotel is stunning, with cozy hang‑out spots and great food. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again. :)
