I was thrilled with the room and the view.

The room was comfortable, but the rate didn't include breakfast and at check‑in they couldn't tell me that; they kicked me out of the breakfast area because I wasn't on the list of those entitled to breakfast and told me I had to pay for it. Booking also failed to inform me that the reservation didn't include breakfast. Despite the high rate.
