The staff at this hotel truly made our stay special, from Sherley's warm welcome to the valets, reception, engineers, and bar staff who all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The hotel itself is spotless, and the bar area is a lovely spot to unwind.
The room itself is perfectly fine, even if it's a bit on the small side.

“La very nice experience”
Very central, staff so nice. Nothing else.

People, room and amenities. It was pricey but in line with other places in the area; just an expensive place to be.

Great location—close to Boston Common and public transit. The lobby was very clean and well kept. It was noisy because of city construction projects, and the AC was finicky; it was either hot or freezing cold and we couldn’t figure out how to get it in that sweet spot.
