Richmond Marriott Short Pump

I wish there was a breakfast option for non‑elite guests.

“Good stay but needed towels after a long hot day participating in softball little league tournament.”

Great location. Clean room. Front Desk very helpful and professional. Cleaning staff did not provide clean towels on day 2 as requested. Spoke to cleaning staff in the hall the morning we left for the day, and requested clean towels for our room (provided room number also). Returned later that night and room was not visited by cleaning staff. No new towels. Also, the front desk did not have any clean bath towels, but did try to provide a few hand towels. We were informed they were out of clean bath towels. Otherwise, a good stay

The staff were very attentive and helpful, rooms were clean, and the food at the restaurant was great.

I loved the modern look of the room; it was very clean and the staff were friendly and ensured I was satisfied. The room lacked an ironing board and a microwave, which is inconvenient since I have to leave the room to heat anything.
