The location is great and the owner is very helpful. The shower was good but small.

The location is great—close to historic sites, cafés, restaurants, and the conservatory where you can hear pleasant music in the morning and street musicians in the evening; the windows are soundproof. The rooms are spacious, but the mattresses are uncomfortable and there’s no kettle.
