“Bed was comfortable but, other than that, it was very disappointing.”
Location was good. No live staff. It's a check-yourself-in set up which would have been handy to learn when we booked. We got no reply to our request for an early check-in. Finding the parking lot was a challenge (no instructions given) When we arrived 15 minutes before the official check-in time, we had to call someone who seemed irritated that we didn't have a code. Our code arrived about one minute before check-in time. We requested for a manager to call us after our check-out to discuss our concerns but still haven't heard from anyone (2 weeks later)
“Nice style, central location, but doesn’t connect”
The room was nicely styled, modern, and in a very central spot. It was very hard to find at night because the sign above the driveway into the garage behind trees was unlit. The property was fully contactless with no staff, so I couldn’t really evaluate the service. Food places didn’t serve anything after 9 pm (which is typical in Solvang), but the breakfast spots within walking distance were great.
