The TV was terrible—only one channel, no volume control, and I couldn’t turn it off. I got very little sleep. The hair dryer didn’t work, and the toilet seat wasn’t anchored and kept moving around.

You can smoke in the rooms because the smoke detectors are just plugged in for show. The room had roach pads and ants, and roaches were still present after we got a different room. The overnight front‑desk person was a real schmidiot and even came into my room at 4 am, claiming “sorry I was doing an inspection” at 4 am—he must have had another agenda since I checked in alone. The front‑desk clerk checked me in for the wrong day, and the morning shift tried to charge me a $60 early‑check‑in fee seven hours after I arrived. I was still overcharged an extra $7 for the difference in nights even though I stayed in a cheaper room. They didn’t even have the type of room I booked. The hallway on the second floor smelled like urine, fresh off the elevator. Not all Super 8s are bad, but this one has horrible male front‑desk staff and the whole facility needs a makeover.

Nothing positive. I left and went to a safer hotel where the manager wasn’t a thief. The staff were the worst in hospitality, the facility was dirty, and the location was awful. I’ve traveled worldwide, stayed at both expensive and budget hotels, and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend it even to a dead rat, let alone a living person. You’d be better off sleeping on a street corner than at this place.
