We booked a jacuzzi suite, but upon arrival the kitchen vents from the restaurant were right outside our window, filling the room with a strong smell of fried food. We left all our vacation clothes smelling like greasy food, a total disaster.

I had typed a town in Palencia and this popped up! It was impossible to contact booking.

Apart from the squeaky beds, nothing else was a complaint, though the lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue because it wasn’t hot. Overall, the accommodation was better than expected. It’s close to the train station and includes a great restaurant. The breakfast is included and good.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location is ideal, with plenty of sights nearby. Parking is next door. Dining in the restaurant below the rooms was a great choice, and the cheesecake was wonderful. Everything was very good overall. Thank you!
