I loved the hotel – it was just lovely.

The hotel had beautiful pools and lovely decor, and the breakfast was fantastic; the location was great. We left our luggage in Bangkok, the concierge handled it, and we received it five hours later – truly beyond service. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was fine except the staff, who were a little rude and didn't seem to care much. The staff were the only issue.
