The breakfast was good, the staff were attentive, and the central location meant I was close to many restaurants. I had to leave before the breakfast room opened, so we couldn’t use the special personalized service at the pastry shop on the ground floor. I tried to shower early that night but there was no hot water, which is unacceptable. The room’s window let in light and airflow but didn’t provide privacy—perhaps frosted glass would have worked better. The TV kept disconnecting on a regular basis.

The spot was close to everything and quiet. The facilities were comfortable, the mattress and pillows were cozy, and the service was good. The breakfast was also solid.
