We liked everything about the room.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and the owner, İğit, and his wife were especially warm and helpful. The location was excellent, just a 5‑minute walk from the tram stop and the Grand Bazaar. I was not entirely satisfied with the cleanliness, and the property looks much more attractive in the photos than it does in reality, but the overall quality was reasonable for the price.

I liked it so much that we decided to stay another week. The staff were very friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything. I’ll be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the condition of the rooms was poor.

We were tried to be scammed, they moved us to another hotel (which was not a hotel) because they claimed our room had a problem (it had been given to another guest). The staff refused to refund us or give us our room.
