Everything was spot on. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. I had no complaints at all. It was a smooth, hassle‑free stay.

“razoavel, mas nesse sistema, realmente nao vale a pena”

They let me know I'd need to check in earlier, but the flat had no management and the owner didn't even know we had booked. He said it would only be ready after 2 p.m., even though the unit was vacated at noon, which is against the law. On top of that, the parking was a nightmare – tight spots that couldn't fit a big car, and I had to wait on the last day just to get a spot for my truck.

The location was great and the front desk and housekeeping were awesome. The bed was huge and comfy, and the AC was powerful. But the apartment looked old and poorly maintained – the chairs were dirty, the sofa was stained and dusty, the curtains were grimy, and the kitchen tap dripped like crazy, 30 times a minute. A few bulbs were burnt out too.

The furniture was old and the kitchen had very few utensils. It felt like a throwback to the 80s.

“Aceitável apenas pela localização”

The spot was great, but the flat was in terrible shape. The walls were peeling, the paint was faded, the sofa and bed were yellowed from use, and the cleaning was subpar.
