Only had a bagel that was hard and stale, so it wasn’t edible. It’s not a good place for pet owners or seniors; the pet fee of $75 is ridiculous and wasn’t disclosed at booking. The room wasn’t set up for someone with hip or knee issues—bed on a platform that’s too tall, toilet low and not ADA height, most TV channels offline, chair uncomfortable. Overall, the price was excessive and the room very uncomfortable.

The staff were clean, friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good, but the hallway and elevator felt very warm; I’m glad our room stayed cool.
