The location was ideal and the staff were very cooperative and helpful, giving extra bedding and blankets on request. However, the whole property needs renovation, the bathrooms should be larger, a toilet faucet gun is required, and each bathroom should have a water heater. The washroom needs to be kept cleaner, especially the toilet, which has a lot of scaling. Also, a room heater is essential because the temperature in Phalgam drops to minus degrees.

Mr. Adnan, the hotel owner, was very kind, and his brother Abid treated me with great care during my stay. The only downside is that the property offers no lunch, dinner, or breakfast facilities.

There was no hot water and the facilities were insufficient; they also charged extra for basic amenities.
