Hotel Puerta del Sol

“Ótimo custo X benefício”

The location was good, the staff were helpful, and the cleaning was excellent with towels changed daily; the internet and TV offered streaming services, and the value for money was great. However, the facilities were old, the rooms had worn carpet, the towels were quite old, and the bathtub was old with damaged areas.

The location, friendly staff, varied breakfast, abundant and tasty food were all positive; there was nothing I disliked, the price‑quality ratio was excellent, the air conditioning made a bit of noise but nothing alarming, and everything else was in order.

The location was excellent, right in the central zone; the staff were excellent, the housekeepers were very helpful, and the reception staff, especially Mr. Pablo, were always attentive with information. It is an old hotel that could use some structural renovations, and the coffee could offer a bit more variety.
