“Excellent for visiting Sardis”

I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure I had a smooth trip to and from ancient Sardis, making sure I got a fair price for transportation. The receptionist was particularly helpful in arranging everything for me. Although the hotel seems to cater more to business travelers, I found it to be perfectly suitable for tourists like myself, and I would definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Sardis.

“A nice elegant hotel in a central location”

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs, largely due to its central location, which can be both convenient and chaotic. Although renovation works were underway during my visit, the staff remained professional and helpful, with the concierge speaking excellent English. I was impressed by my spacious, elegant, and well-organized room, as well as the nicely appointed bathroom.

“Overall, Berrak Otel did not meet basic expectations for comfort or value. I cannot recommend this property to anyone”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at Berrak Otel, which fell far short of expectations and wasn't worth the cost. The listed rate was $68.50, but when I arrived, the reception showed €50 for the same room type, and to my surprise, the management refused to refund the difference, citing that the information was outdated. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and I wasn't given the option to choose between a smoking or non-smoking room.
