Best Western Plus The Normandy Inn & Suites

“Great hotel”

The hotel sits right next to our event venue, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all operational and kept clean, making for a solid overall experience. The only hiccup was a bag of trash left in our hallway—probably a housekeeping oversight, not a big deal, no odor, just forgotten.

The bar was great, but the pillows were pretty bad and the lady at the front desk checking us in was also rude.

I appreciated the old‑school charm of the building. A late‑night milk and cookies service was a delightful surprise that added to the experience.

“The Normandy is an excellent hotel, centrally located, with excellent services.”

The staff were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, having to pay for parking while staying at the hotel felt excessive; parking should not be an extra charge.
