The hotel’s location and room were good, and transport to all destinations was convenient. Outside the lobby, however, there was no space—every spot was taken by vehicle parking. Regarding breakfast, I missed the second‑day meal because we had to leave by 7:45 AM; the staff had not arranged any breakfast by that time even after we informed them a day earlier and noted that breakfast was included in our package. They insisted the fixed breakfast window was 8:00–10:00 AM, offering no flexibility or consideration. The menu seemed fixed as well, so if you book more than one day you’re stuck with the same options. No non‑vegetarian items were on the breakfast list. When I asked for a plain double omelet for my son, they didn’t clarify whether it was included or extra; later, at the restaurant exit, they handed me a Rs. 100 bill that I paid separately. The hotel’s restaurants for lunch and dinner were closed due to a festival, so I wasn’t aware of that. I couldn’t find breakfast time information on the booking site, which made it hard to plan; I could have omitted the breakfast cost when booking. They could have provided a menu by 7:45 AM. I suggest updating breakfast details on the portal so guests can decide before visiting. Also, the check‑in time of 12:00 PM is too late, as major trains to and from Kolhapur run between 7:00–9:00 AM, leaving no other option.
