A simple hotel close to Genoa’s station, with very courteous staff. The spacious room had a balcony and sea view.

“Hotel con posizione strategica e staff gentilissimo al centro di Genova!”

The building is ultra‑central, just a 2‑minute walk from Principe station and equipped with an elevator for access. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of support surfaces; breakfast was good. What impressed us most was the staff’s kindness from the moment of welcome—before even checking us in—throughout our stay. They placed a baby cot in our room without asking, a gesture not offered by all hotels (some charge extra). The team was always ready to help us lift the stroller up the few steps, friendly at the front desk and at breakfast, always smiling. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent right next to the train station, the breakfast is tasty and packed with food. Nothing else to complain about, everything was fine.
