The rooms and the wellness facilities were great, yet the fitness area felt a bit small.

The place was quiet, the service friendly, and the staff helpful, but the pillows were unsatisfactory, the pool lacked sunlight, and the water wasn’t warm enough.

The spa area matched the photos, and the various baths spread the guests nicely; the outdoor pool was excellent. However, aside from a few servers, no one could speak German—disappointing for the Valais region—and there was nothing written in German, only English and French.
