The staff were friendly, but the fridge was infested with flies, people often left messes, and smoking was allowed in prohibited areas.

The place smelled great, but getting up onto the bunk bed was a bit of a challenge.

“Dissapointing.”

The hostel sits in a central spot and the staff answered transport and local questions helpfully; our room was basic yet clean and the facilities were adequate. I was uncomfortable with the open use of marijuana in shared areas and the constant smoke in the common rooms, especially since I was traveling with my son; management should enforce rules, otherwise I’ll never stay here again and I won’t recommend it. When we returned about 10 days later to pick up luggage, a large group of people were sitting outside the hostel smoking weed.
