The location is convenient, yet the room I was assigned wasn’t fully cleaned and the door was left cracked open when I arrived.

We never actually stayed at this property; before we even entered the room we had an issue, and when we checked in we thought it might be okay for one night, but then we heard people screaming and fighting in the back of the building, saw people hanging off the upstairs railing, and we never got out of the car, so we turned around and left.

I didn’t eat breakfast, but I couldn’t watch TV either; when I asked the evening manager what to do, she said she didn’t know.

Nothing positive, but the microwave was broken, sheets were dirty, and there were blood stains on the side of a pillowcase.
