“Nice hotel, largely ruined by a complete lack of hotel staff and customer service”

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. Reception was closed almost all the time, so we had to use the back entrance all the time, which was strange. There was no room cleaning during our stay, so we had to wash cups, etc. Only one coffee per person for a two‑night stay felt mean. Other guests were noisy until 3 am and because there are no staff on site, nobody was there to deal with the problem.

Everything was very accessible on foot, you can walk straight through the Kurpark on the other side of the street and be right in the middle of the action in a few minutes.

Very good location, but there was no small fridge in the room.

The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The place was very quiet, and the lift was the most important feature.
