“Lovely Stay”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location, which was quiet and safe. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of options that changed daily, making it perfect for longer-staying guests. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price.

I was shocked to find out that I was charged an additional $240 more than what I initially paid during my stay. This discrepancy left a sour taste in my mouth, and I felt that the hotel could have been more transparent about the pricing. “Bad food service”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the lack of a restaurant on site, which meant that I had to rely on external food services with exorbitant fees and subpar quality. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my order, with a bill that was nearly double what I paid. The experience was disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its food services.

“Good location, friendly staff and definitely would stay again when in Mesa”

I was impressed with the hotel's location, which was conveniently situated near the freeway and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I felt that the kitchen supplies and utensils could be improved, and the TV options were limited, with only two children's channels available, one of which was in Spanish and often showed adult content.
