The hotel across the street cost $100 a night less than this one. They never let my wife check in even after the price was confirmed; she had the ID and the PIN, but the front desk wanted $375 instead of $341 plus a $20 deposit. Awful service.

The place was always clean and comfortable, and there were no complaints.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but they let you know breakfast runs from 8am‑10am yet didn't mention it's not free and the portions are absurd; my son only got 2.5 French Toast Sticks that the kitchen staff called Kid Portioned for $9.

Breakfast met expectations and was good, but the shower needs an update.

The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed—pillows, glasses, hair dryer, soap, and body wash—and the hotel layout with stairs and elevators was fine, yet the bed was extremely hard, causing discomfort and pain, and the shower water pressure was terrible, trickling and taking a long time to rinse off soap, especially after other guests flushed their toilets in the room.
