The beach location is fantastic—the best part is its proximity to the beach. The owner gave very detailed instructions on how to use the property, making check‑in and settling in completely hassle‑free. However, the place was incredibly dirty, with dog hair and fur everywhere—including on furniture, floors, and even kitchen utensils and plates. The entire space had a strong, unpleasant dog odor; if you book here, bring your own air fresheners. No basic amenities were provided: no toiletries, no bed linens, no duvet covers. You must bring all your own bedding and essentials or pay extra. There is a swimming pool on site that requires an additional fee and has limited hours, and it’s not that impressive, so you might as well stick to the beach. Because of the extreme amount of fur and dander, this property is not recommended for anyone with asthma, allergies, or respiratory issues. I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared to bring your own entire linen closet, cleaning supplies, and have no sensitivities to pet dander. It definitely needs a deep clean.
“One night stay”
The caravan was beautifully furnished even though we were only there for one night; it was nice and comfy. We slept very well, the beds were comfortable, and we definitely will recommend it again. Very happy with everything. There wasn't anything we didn't like

The van is lovely, clean, and well decorated with plenty of space; the location is great, the nearby beaches are stunning, and being on Parkdean my daughter enjoyed the activities and swimming. Great Yarmouth is very close and offers plenty for kids and adults. On the downside, the dog smell was overwhelming—I didn’t bring my dog, but it seemed to come from the carpet or sofa, so I had to open every window and still couldn’t get rid of it; the living area felt hard to sit in. One of the small front rooms, probably where the dogs sleep, also carried that smell, and I don’t think dogs should sleep on the beds, though the owners can’t help that. It’s a dog‑friendly van, which I’ve used before, so that’s not a problem for me, but a deep carpet and upholstery clean would help. It’s a shame because I’d use the van again, but I won’t due to that. A lamp in the bedrooms would be useful; it’s either too dark or too bright. The owners are very nice and accommodating, and the area is fantastic. Maybe a deep carpet wash could be considered—no offense, but it was very heavy in the van.
