The proximity to the sea is a plus, but the room was very noisy, the door was poorly insulated, and the toilet could only be used at an angle.

“Schönes und komfortables Hotel in Strandnähe direkt an der Strandpromenade”

The breakfast was very good, though it was served by staff rather than a buffet; extras like eggs, omelette, and yogurt cost extra; the location on the beach promenade is excellent, with a private restaurant and many other eateries nearby; the beach is about a 10‑minute walk; parking is limited; the staff are friendly but not all speak German continuously. The price‑to‑value ratio is a bit off, especially during the Sail GP weekend in Sassnitz.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly, with a parking space right in front of the building. However, the place felt sour; in the seven days we were there no cleaning was done, we never got fresh towels or toilet paper, the breakfast served the same sausage and cheese every day, and eggs or extras like fruit were only available for an additional charge. Installing fly screens on the windows would have been a good idea.
