Staff were attentive and the cleaning was solid.

The team was friendly and helpful, cleaning was okay, rooms were average. Breakfast was weak, the bathroom was dirty with a stained ceiling and part of the plaster fell off, the area around the hotel is very dangerous, and even though the metro is close we didn’t dare walk to it; we chose the hotel for the metro proximity and ended up spending a lot on Uber.

Breakfast was decent, staff were polite and helpful, but the beds were old, very hard mattresses, the bathrobes were worn and heavily used, and the street feels unsafe so you can't go out at night.
