Excellent clean accommodation, fragrant, all new, comfortable bed and pillows, good bathroom and located in the historic centre. And Francesco is a great host, attentive and always ready to help! I recommend.

Francesco proved to be an outstanding host, always quick to respond and ready to help. The location was great and the room was comfortable with a lovely view—definitely the best host I've ever encountered.

I was greeted by an incredibly kind host who was always available and supplied every piece of information and amenity I needed. There was nothing that could be improved; the place was simply fantastic.

Host Francesco was amazing, so caring, easy‑going, and always helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The location is good, close to everything (15‑minute walk to the main train station). The building is old but the room is separated from six other rooms on a separate floor. It feels safe.
