Grand Lord Hotel & Residence - Pattaya

Everything was top-notch, except for the location, which is super far from the beach and city center. It's a bit of a trek to get anywhere, but the hotel itself is great.

“Dyrt, usel mat och mögellukt”

The gym was a major letdown due to the awful smell of mold. Room service breakfast was served cold, and the selection was pretty limited. We got charged a lot for the bed sheets because of bloodstains, which was a real bummer. Finding a taxi to pick us up in the evenings was also a challenge. The hotel's location is quite far from the city center, so you're pretty much reliant on transportation.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, and this place delivered – it's so peaceful and quiet. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the swimming pool doesn't have a slide for kids, which was a major letdown for my little ones.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations – the staff, the rooms, the service, it's all top-notch. I'm not sure what else to say, it's just a lovely place to stay.
