María and Araceli are always available, very friendly, kind, and respectful; María is always smiling. The breakfast is very varied and tasty.

The breakfast and the reception staff were good, but the hot water kept dropping suddenly to cold, which was uncomfortable.

The place sits in a great spot and the hostel looks nice; I also loved that they have a laundry service. Everything else was fine for me.
