“The worst support by BOOKING.COM creating a fake property and collecting money from public”

There is no such property that the booking was made against, and even after raising complaints before check‑in, FAB HOTELS offered no support; our money was stuck without us staying. It seems they are now cheating customers by allowing fake property bookings.

After paying for accommodation through the app, the hotel demanded payment again, claiming the FAB tie‑up was no longer valid. I arrived at 12:30 am tired, paid the extra amount just to sleep in a shabby room, and now I want a refund for what I paid on the booking platform.

The property charged me twice; I booked, then the hotel asked for additional payment. I had to pay a second time that night and still haven’t received a refund. I’ll no longer book with advance payment through this platform.
