The staff’s attentiveness and the location were great, but the ceiling light that shines on your face early in the morning is awful, and there’s no air conditioning.

The restaurant was nice, but the elevator didn’t work for two days.

The location was excellent and the staff were always very friendly; on arrival I was upgraded at no cost to a room with a balcony and a beautiful view (though that’s not always the case). The hotel is very old, which might not appeal to everyone, but that’s part of its charm.
