“Pathetic”

Nothing good to say. The bathroom drainage was terrible, leaving a pool of dirty water in all three bathrooms constantly.

“Could have been better but for the breakfast experience.”

The mountain‑facing rooms offered a spectacular view and the overall ambience was good; most staff were friendly, and an elderly gentleman at the counter was lovely, taking time to recommend sightseeing spots and give practical town tips. However, the breakfast buffet, though included, was essentially à la carte because it wasn’t prepared on any of the days we stayed. One staff member who served us clearly needed more training—she struggled to fulfill our requests, asking how many parathas we would eat and insisting on prior kitchen notification, then looked sullen when we asked for extras, making the breakfast experience awkward and causing me to stop asking her for anything. Other staff, especially a new male employee, were kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

“Enjoyed 100%...”

It’s worth a visit; the room and hotel décor were superb. The new hotel offers excellent facilities, food, staff behavior, room view, size, and cleanliness. I left with beautiful memories.
