Black Sea Pearl

The terrace was great, offering views of the sea and the mountains, but everything felt like it was on the brink of renovation and the guest house wasn’t fully finished. The house was quiet, the plumbing worked, yet the rooms weren’t cleaned even though we were there for a week. The location is excellent, 500 m from the sea is true. The room arrangement was disappointing: we booked three different rooms on Booking – two with double beds and one with separate beds – but we all ended up in the same room for all three families! We were eventually split into separate rooms at a higher price, not too expensive, but it was unpleasant to have to sort that out instead of relaxing.

Very comfortable, even though it’s a budget option. The room was clean and spacious enough. The location is excellent – no car or train noise, so I slept all night with the window open. I was lucky – they upgraded me to a pricier room with a balcony at no extra cost, and the balcony is gorgeous and roomy. It’s a pleasure to sit there before bed. The bathroom is clean. The hosts are very friendly and responsible, solving any problem immediately. When my back hurt and I needed a lower chair for work (I’m working while traveling), Tiuri found it and brought it. Overall, among all the budget hotels I’ve stayed at, this is one of the best.

Very nice hotel with great staff. The owners are very hospitable and personal people. They are very attentive and kind. They help in all sorts of cases 🙌 I recommend it to everyone. 👌

Fresh room, exactly as shown in the photos. Fantastic location – a 5‑minute walk to the sea. Single rooms have fans, double rooms have air‑conditioners. Wonderful hosts of the guest house. The guest house is new, with stylish finishing materials. Very comfortable stay.
