The location is great, but after 22:00 a sign should be posted to respect the quiet. Some guests slam their doors and if you’re just falling asleep you’re immediately woken up.

“Perfectly clean room with great amenities and perfect distance from Efteling and local transport.”

The proximity to Efteling and local shops and bakeries is fantastic. The only drawback is the lack of an on‑site restaurant, but we knew that beforehand so it wasn’t a problem.

The check‑in was straightforward, and the hotel is just a 10‑minute walk from Efteling. There’s a kettle in the room and a large lounge area, but there is no hair dryer in the room.

Online check‑in with a PIN works fine. There are no parking spaces at the hotel, so you have to hunt for a street where parking is allowed; the claim that parking is available is definitely wrong. The place is extremely noisy; if someone in the adjacent room does anything you can hear everything, and the bathroom had a strong odor.

Nothing positive. The staff were extremely unfriendly. We had to pay a fine for smoking, but we were charged twice because they alleged we made a fake transfer. The police later came and we were denied our room. It was a huge mess and I hope this hotel is removed from the system because this is how you don’t treat customers. We had to pay for the smoking but the rooms were never cleaned. Ridiculous and not recommended.
