The hotel was surprising, everything was very clean and new, comfortable beds, and the reception staff were great.

I liked the service and the location, but it was absurd to have to pay for disposable cutlery and there was no cup in the rooms.

Great, located in the city center, and there was nothing I didn't like.

They were under renovation and that wasn't mentioned in the booking, and the breakfast was weak.

I really didn’t like anything, especially the furniture being too small for the room’s size. The lack of maintenance was evident: the cleanliness was poor, the bedding didn’t feel inviting, the shower didn’t heat, and I was only offered to shower elsewhere.
