Hotel Avenida Leganés

The hotel staff are wonderful. The employees are 10❤️. Attention to detail was lacking: the mirror had stains, towels were very small. For good lighting I had to unplug something; I always travel with my coffee maker and should unplug the light. The facilities are very old, clean but need serious touch‑ups.

“De concierto”

The hotel is near the Leganés commuter station, in a pleasant village-like area with bars, and the reception staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and cozy, and the value for money was excellent. On the downside, there was no hair dryer, and I found small hair remnants in the sink, as if someone had shaved and not cleaned properly.

The location and the friendliness of the reception staff were highlights. However, the cleanliness was poor and the photos didn’t match the hotel or the room we received; it felt very old and abandoned.

“Recomento”

For a single night the stay was great—close to transport, car parking available, and the room was clean. The only downside was the lack of breakfast, though there are plenty of cafés nearby.

The service received, the cleanliness, and the tranquility of the surroundings were good. The price was too high.
