The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge, clean, and had its own kitchen, and the spot was convenient with a shopping center, metro, and small shops nearby; next time we’d pick a place farther from the center because the city center is too busy.

The downtown spot near Union Station was convenient, but the room wasn’t clean—towels had hair and there was a lot of dust on the bedside tables.
