The location is strategic for visiting Cervia and Milano Marittima, and the hotel offers both still and sparkling natural water at room temperature; unfortunately the shower in our room was just a floor‑level basin, not a real shower, which I hadn’t noticed in the photos, and the cold water supply was weak, though the hot water flow was good.

It was truly a new but great experience; we were initially a bit disappointed, but the owners were always ready and helpful for any situation and especially understood and assisted those who had never tried this type of hotel before, so their kindness mattered a lot. Breakfast was simple but plentiful until 12 pm, with many choices and fantastic tap water, always available sparkling; the rooms had a slightly vintage style but were very clean and fully equipped. No complaints.
