I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff. They were always happy to help and made me feel welcome. The rooms themselves were lovely, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I'm not sure what's more disturbing - the state of the hotel's cleanliness or the complete lack of maintenance. It's like they've given up trying to keep the place tidy. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The hotel's location was super easy to spot, but what really bugged me was the lack of a canteen or snack area - it was a real pain to go out for a cuppa or a quick bite.
