Nothing good, I didn't even sleep there. The customer service was a disaster—after dozens of attempts to contact them, I got zero replies. No response to any inquiries. I strongly advise steering clear of this place. The customer service via the booking app was even worse. Total mess.

I would be ashamed to let animals in here, and honestly, people are a different story. In the room, the bed was barely standing and creaked, the coat rack was useless, the sheets had a faint smell because they hadn't been washed yet, and the curtain looked like it hadn't been laundered in years. The walls were dirty, everything creaked and smelled. It was only one night—just a few hours, since I was out of town—so I won’t be returning. The “Premium” in the name is a misunderstanding.

“Bardzo słaby standard i praktycznie brak kontaktu z właścicielem”

The price and location were fine, but the stay was hugely disappointing. Problems started even before entering the apartment. Even though check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, the owner didn’t send us the instructions to access the place. We wrote to him, but by 14:55 we still had no reply, so we practically didn’t know where to go or how to get in until the last moment. Once inside, the apartment had many issues that seriously affected comfort. The biggest problem was the bathroom: the shower drain was clogged, so we couldn’t shower properly. There was mold/mushroom in the tub and obvious dampness in the bathroom. The soap dish was dirty, the sink had many stains, and the basin was grimy and covered in limescale. There were no towels, which is a basic requirement for a stay. The bedding didn’t smell fresh, and the pillows were heavily worn and sagging. The bed was made of pallets. The setup itself wouldn’t be a problem if the other elements were up to standard, but here it didn’t provide a comfortable stay. The apartment was also very poorly equipped—there were no cutlery, and there was only one pot, so using the kitchen was basically impossible. Another issue was the curtain, which didn’t cover the whole window. It only covered a small middle section, in the upper part of the window, so it offered no privacy or proper darkness. I also didn’t sleep through the night. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, and outside there was noise that made it hard to sleep. I don’t expect luxury for a low price, but basic cleanliness, a working shower, towels, fresh bedding, essential equipment, and the ability to contact the owner should be standard. In this case, almost all of those basics failed.
