“Gutes Hotel, in sehr schöner Lage mit sehr freundlichen Personal, aber einigen Schönheitsfehlern”

The location and lake view were great, and the terrace in front of our suite was lovely. However, the rooms were surprisingly tight for a suite category, the restaurant in the building was closed all the time, and the alternatives in the park were hard to reach at night, only accessible via poorly lit paths and scattered stairs.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this place deserved a special note. Staying at Aria Retreat & Spa was an experience that feels redundant to describe—everything was flawless: accommodation, ambience, food, spa, and that rare sense of peace. What truly sets this hotel apart are the people. The staff were top‑class—professional, warm, and attentive to every detail, without exception. I owe a special thanks to Lauri at reception, who selflessly helped arrange a surprise for my girlfriend; her kindness, patience, and effort made that moment perfect and will stay in our happiest memories forever. Thank you from the heart. Thank the entire Aria team for a beautiful stay and for making us feel special. We’ll definitely return—and recommend it without hesitation. All praise, absolutely for everything.

“The best weekend away”

The location is stunning and very peaceful, the place is well maintained, spotless, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

It’s perfect in every way, no hotel like this. The only downside is the difficulty finding taxis; you have to book them through the hotel and they’re not very cheap.
